All riders are required to have a SAFE Bike & Helmet.

Departs from shop carpark, easy town loop...finishes at 7.00am, feel free to join us a coffee at the Parkhouse Cafe.
Friday 6.00am JUNIORS GROUP
known as the Platinum Health Junior Squad.
When Darren isn't away racing you will find him assisting Dave Silk and a few other parents with a group of juniors from the ages of 8ys to 17yrs. They will teach them bike handling skills, racing tactics and a heap of other beneficial things that one day make them the next Cadel...and the session is free!!!

SATURDAY 6.00am SHOP SOCIAL RIDE
Departing from the carpark, a SAFE steady ride lasting up to 90mins...experienced riders help keep the group together...if the group is too big, riders are split into 2 groups.
Riders who fall off the back off the bunch are not left behind either.
This Ride finishes at the Parkhouse Cafe at approx 7.30am
